V-belt pulleys have a V-shaped groove around the circumference matching the profile of a V-belt. V-belt pulleys are popular in industrial applications because they offer efficient power transmission in a compact design, providing maximum torque with minimal slippage. WM Berg manufactures pin hub style single groove V-belt pulleys in 303 stainless steel or die cast zinc alloy, designed to operate with our Pow-R-Vee belts. We also make 60° V-belt pulleys for use with Pow-R-Vee 60° belts. All V-belt pulleys include set screws. Other diameters, bore sizes and keyways available on request.
