WM Berg manufactures precision ball bearings, named for the rolling balls that separate the bearing races (rings). Since balls have less contact area with the races compared to other types of rolling elements, ball bearings generally have a lower load capacity than other types of rolling bearings. Available ball bearing styles include angular contact ball bearings, single or double row ball bearings, flanged or unflanged, open plain ball bearings and single-row precision ABEC-3 and ABEC-7.
