WM Berg manufactures universal joints in four styles: pin hub, clamp hub, single joint and double joint, as well as telescopic universal joints. Clamp/pin hub U-joints are stainless steel with a maximum operating angle of 30° at 500 RPM and an ideal operating angle of 1000 RPM (lubrication required). Zero-backlash single and double U-joints have a Delrin® plastic body with brass hub/ends and spider (no lubrication needed). Our lightweight single and double U-joints are shock absorbing, corrosion resistant and electrically isolate input from output. Berg telescopic universal joints have a Delrin® plastic body with brass ends, spider and telescopic sections and minimum backlash.
